Snap Stats
This monthly report breaks down the actual sales data which took place that month. The report is split up by Area and then into Property Type:
- Attached Market (Condos (apartments) / Townhouses / Duplexes)
- Detached Market (Single Family Homes)
For each property type the sales data is then broken down into Price Bracket and Neighbourhoods.

Market Insight
Market Insight is a custom generated report emailed to you showing property sale prices from the last 90 days. You can see any prices from any neighbourhood in Greater Vancouver. You can also further define the search by Property Type, Price Range, Number of Bedrooms and Number of Bathrooms and Size.
